Sunbiz is the Florida Department of State’s online information, research, and electronic processing service center.  From the homepage, you may select to electronically file your annual report online or download a preprinted annual report which you will need to mail in for filing.  Please note that the annual report is due between January 1 and May 1, 2008.  Reports filed after May 1 may be subject to a late fee.  You may also be administratively dissolved for not timely filing your annual report.
